Last time Scott Ronig fished (January 13th.) he caught the biggest redfish I have seen in the bay for many years but weather was different this time ( light wind-- no drift ). Had no problem catching our trout limit-- 5 trout up to 23 inches but nothing but throw-back redfish. Finally about to give up Scott hooked a big fish in the middle of gaswell flats. Thinking finally a good red but not-- but good anyway a 26 inch Black Drum--Scott had to make a meeting so headed back to the dock---redfish beware Scott is after you!
