Ray Zajac and his lady friend Judy Greenley fish alot back home and made me proud in the Lower Laguna Madre. Caught a lot of fish spent most of the day looking for redfish and along the way catching our boat limit of 10 trout from 18 inches to the largest that hit the board at 23 inches--stayed on the spoil banks hoping to run into some redfish caught a few rat reds and finally Ray hooked one good one that matched the biggest trout a little over 23 inches a good eating size redfish. Headed to the dock to clean fish. They were hungry so took the redfish and a few trout fillets to Marchan's White Sands restaurant for an early supper with a couple of $1.25 Marguritas--- not a bad way to end a fishing day.
